The Junior Chef Academy is an after school program that empowers students ages 12-15 with culinary skills. RHB Resources has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of Junior Chef Academy.

Junior Chef Academy works as an extension of Paramount Schools to provide an introduction to the culinary world to students ages 12-15. We reinforce these skills through friendly competition and a points system, where the top students win the opportunity to compete in the World Food Championships.

As the Lead Instructor, I have the opportunity to work directly with students, teaching culinary skills that they’ll carry with them for life.
